Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Evaluating and reviewing complex and controversial permit applications; 2) Experience in interpreting and applying environmental regulations and policies including the Clean Water Act, the Rivers and Harbors Act, National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act and the National Historic reservation Act. 3) Experience conducting wetland delineations, field investigations, and outreach activities. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
