Synergy Solutions Inc. is partnered with one of the leading online photo printing companies. We are seeking customer service representatives that are able to assist with various online photo issue, trouble shoot technical issues a customer may encounter, help customers create life long memories and the gratification of resolving a customer's issue to their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills and moderate technical computer skills. This candidate will also possess the ability to:
Actively listen to customers
Rapidly build rapport
Discover their preferences
Resolve customer issues
Willing to follow client guidelines and expectations
Trouble shoot browser capabilities
Resolving technical java and adobe issues

Experienced using multiple software systems
Proficient data entry skills

Flexible with work schedules and willing to work days, nights, weekends and overtime in some cases
