We are seeking customer service representatives that are able to assist with various online photo issue, trouble shoot technical issues a customer may encounter, help customers create life long memories and the gratification of resolving a customer's issue to their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, strong communication skills and moderate technical computer skills. This candidate will also possess the ability to:
Actively listen to customers
Rapidly build rapport
Discover their preferences
Resolve customer issues
Willing to follow client guidelines and expectations
Trouble shoot browser capabilities
Resolving technical java and adobe issues
